We drove to the dealership and Alliona introduced us to Edwin Banales who showed us the car and answered all our questions and worked with us to get a great deal completed. Jeremy Pulliam took care of all the financing arrangements and documentation in a quick and easy manner. From the time we were sitting in our living room at home talking to Alliona until we were driving our new car off the lot was less than four hours. Everything was very pleasant and enjoyable, couldn't have gone any smoother. These guys were great!!! We love our new CRV. More
went and looked at a car and liked it so I put down a deposit on it to come back the next day and finish the purchase because it was late in the day. I get a text from the sales manager the next morning saying the car was sold to someone else and he would start looking for another car like that one for me. no thanks because I don't work with car dealers that don't respect the deposit process. anyone reading this review may be thinking there are two sides to every story but as I said above this is a simple matter of putting down a deposit that meant nothing and the car being sold to another patron.
