Where to begin? I was looking for a used vehicle, I found one that matches my search at Rusty Wallis. I called to find out more details. Spoke with Dakota. Was encouraged to come have a look and take a test drive from Wednesday to Saturday, after many questions about the car we decided to drive an hour and a half to see it and hopefully bring it home. I asked Dakota, "is there anything I should know before I drive all this way? I have to get a babysitter and I'm 9 (yes 9) months pregnant. He said "no, everything's ready, come on over for a test drive". I told him when we would arrive. When we arrived they brought the car over, it was shockingly dirty on the outside but that didn't even compare to the filthy inside. It had not been washed or detailed, some of the previous owners items were still in the car. Headphones were broken, stains on the seats it was really gross. We asked why it was in this condition if he knew we were coming. It was excuse after excuse. Almost blaming us like we should've known they hadn't got this car ready yet. It was all downhill from there, totally unprofessional. He got another guy (last name Wallis) to talk to us and he really didn't make anything better. The attitude was "sorry, maybe next time." I was sooooo upset, we drove an hour and a half and they were so unprofessional and completely had no regards for our time or the lies they told on the phone. I found out that 2 of the days Dakota wanted me to come over and test drive the car wasn't even drivable, it was in the shop getting work done! What in the world! Shop elsewhere, it's not worth the nightmare this place is! I found a better deal at a different location and was treated like a customer by people who wanted my business. Run from this place, yikes. More
