Virtually Painless As an older female who has purchased quite a few vehicles in her lifetime, I always dread the process of buying a car. When I visit a dealership it's because I have already determined the make and model of the vehicle I want to buy, I have a very good idea of what my trade-in is worth and I know within close approximation what my monthly payment should be. Too many times I've encountered salesmen who felt the need to place me in a "better" vehicle while subtly denigrating the car I was currently driving. When I'm treated like this, I feel as though the salesman hasn't been listening to me nor has he understood that he's just insulted my prior choice. That said, I was so pleased with the entire process of buying my new Civic. I had been referred to your dealership by my older son, Ben, who purchased a beautiful Accord last summer. He specifically told me to deal with Allen Salinas. From my first conversation with Allen through closing the sale, he has been exceptional. I live in east Texas over 100 miles away so most of the details were handled over the phone which expedited the closing process. Allen even remembered the small details of our conversations such as my wanting to also purchase Honda's all-weather floor mats and trunk liner when I picked up the car. I also want to voice my appreciation for all the time and attention John Hargis devoted to making sure I was familiar with all the features of the Civic I had selected. My husband had accompanied me to Dallas and enjoyed his conversation with John who sat with him as he synced my phone with my new car while I signed papers. Turns out they both love technology and have similar tastes in music. As a side note, my younger son, Jon, went with us to Dallas. He actually loves the car buying process and has an impressive knowledge of vehicle specs. He also loves to play a little game of his own devising at car lots; he times the length of time he spends on the lot waiting for a salesman to approach him. For context, he's 29 but looks much younger. He was beaten at his own game when he was approached as soon we started to get out of my old car. The attention and courtesy shown by Allen and John made a huge impression on me and my family. My husband is a diehard Ram fan and drives a 2019 Laramie Longhorn, but even he had to admit that the buying process was handled in a more concise and streamlined manner at Rusty Wallis. Both of us would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to our friends and family. More

Although I only needed windshield wiper inserts installed, my service advisor went that extra mile and personally installed the wiper inserts so I wouldn’t have to wait AND he had my “pollen-covered” car washed. I could tell he really liked his job and had respect for the dealership. Thank you, Dylan Shaw and the others that helped me.
