A worker frequently passed by with a broom to make sure there was no trash on the floor. The built in bar desk along the window is perfect for doing computer work while you wait. My main issue was my tire pressure message would not go off even though I had put air in the tires. I did not know you needed to calibrate them after putting in air. Mr. Durham showed me how. I am sold on Wallis Honda because of their friendliness, knowledge, helpfulness, comfortable facilities, and cleanliness. Overall customer service is outstanding. More

Jeff Peterson is normally my 'go-to' service advisor; however, in his absence Dillon Rose assisted me with my service. As always, my service was completed quickly, done well, and I was informed with updates and additional concerns by Dillon during the process..
