Overall, employees helpful, friendly and accommodating. Pleasant waiting area with great coffee selections and snacks. Being technology handicapped with my flip phone I was unable to view video offer on text message from service, so called number sending text to request phone conversation. Request honored. Thank you. Isaac Alquicira explained everything to me, and I told him to go ahead with the work. Shortly after that, I received an email with a video made by the mechanic that showed me what he had inspected and why the additional work needed to be done. The video was very helpful, and I was able to email it to my husband for his information. Isaac told me that my favorite service advisor, Jeff Peterson, has been promoted to Service Manager. While I am happy for Jeff and think he's the perfect person for the job, I will miss him, but I liked Isaac and will ask for him in the future. The remodeling work at the dealership is great, and the new waiting area is much more comfortable than the old one. More
