Neighborhood Gem!!! I drove over something that knocked the heavy rubber/plastic shield under my new Fit loose. It was actually scraping the pavement as I drove and I tho I drove over something that knocked the heavy rubber/plastic shield under my new Fit loose. It was actually scraping the pavement as I drove and I thought, "Oh no, what is this going to cost?". I took it to Rusty Wallis and the Service Advisor, Jeff Aber, said to take a seat inside and he'd have it out in just a bit. Only thirty minutes later, a tech drove my car out to the receiving area. Jeff appeared and said they screwed the shield back into place, checked the car out, reset my low tire pressure alert, and that THERE WAS NO CHARGE! I told him I loved him, but I don't think he believed me. Seriously though, Rusty Wallis is a neighborhood gem. Kristi T. More
