Buy a new car is so easy with a great helpful from Jeremy I filled out the information for the car I was looking for online around 9:00pm on Wednesday 03/21/18. Around 9:30pm Jeremy Black sent me an email an I filled out the information for the car I was looking for online around 9:00pm on Wednesday 03/21/18. Around 9:30pm Jeremy Black sent me an email and message, but I was stuck with something else until midnight. I replied his email early in the morning and tell him what kind of car I am looking for and some offered I had from other dealers, also what is the price I want... Then I called Jeremy around 10:00am, he told me he was working on the car price for me and will call me back shortly. He called me back in 30 minutes and told me he did not have exact price for the car I was asking for but had other similar, we talked on phone for couple minutes and I agreed with the price he offered. I came to dealer at 11:00am, took a look and test drive. Everything exactly what I wanted, so filled out all documents and finance... Done and went home with the new car around 1:30pm. So I just spent about 2 hours and 30 minutes to buy the new car with the great deal on price and 0.9% interest !!! Is that wonderful !!! Thank so much to Jeremy Black. As a very busy parent, I took my truck to Rusty Wallis Honda without delay. I was immediately greeted by Leo and his partner. They listened carefully, retrieved my information from their system and explained they provide a shuttle service as my truck is tested to pinpoint the problem and will call as soon as they determine what’s wrong. Shortly after my arrival, I was met by Jason, the Shuttle driver who was most kind and professional in providing a round trip once my truck was fixed. Leo and staff have always provided excellent care and great communication with the status of my truck repair. Once returned safely to the Service Center by Jason, i was greeted yet again by Leo who gave me a report and led me to a wonderful young lady at the Cashier’s counter. The positive energy at Rusty Wallis Honda is contagious. Due to the genuine care and concern from Leo, Jason, and the happiest customer service cashhier I have ever met i feel truly cared for as family member and will remain a grateful customer. More

Always had great service I moved to Texas from New York in 2001 with my 1996 Honda Civic. My first Honda was a 1981 Accord and I always had my service done by Honda. Since the I moved to Texas from New York in 2001 with my 1996 Honda Civic. My first Honda was a 1981 Accord and I always had my service done by Honda. Since then I've owned a 2003 Pilot, 2009 Pilot and currently drive a 2016 Pilot. Rusty Wallace service department has always been a great experience. In my travels I've used Honda service in New York, Florida and Texas, while they were all good I have to rate Rusty Wallace the best. More
