No pressure demonstration. I contacted Jim Beeson to get more info on a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T as I had seen a RTL-E at the Dallas Auto Show. I clearly stated I was not ready to I contacted Jim Beeson to get more info on a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T as I had seen a RTL-E at the Dallas Auto Show. I clearly stated I was not ready to buy until later in the year but wanted more info to see if I would have any interest in a Ridgeline. Jim could not have been more helpful and accommodating to explain everything about the vehicle and set up a test drive. I asked for a bid on my truck to get some idea where I stood for a trade. After seeing the difference I would have pay, I had no interest to trade. Bill Hunt got involved and after some discussion came up with an outstanding offer for my vehicle but still more than I wanted to cough up. I asked about a lease and Bill came back with a figure I was totally happy/comfortable with and I drove out in a new RLT-T in the exact color combo I wanted that afternoon. Jim couldn't have been more helpful and I truly appreciated he was not pushy. More

You go to some places and you feel like they are trying to find ways to make you spend more money, but Greg tries to get the job done as efficiently as possible and at the best possible price. Rusty Wallace is a better place for having someone of his excellence on the staff. When I bought my CRV at RW, I had a poor experience with the salesman and your finance department. If I included that experience in my rating, it would not be five stars and I would not have recommended RW to anyone. But because of an employee like Greg, I would highly recommend the service department. And if he becomes a salesman, I'll buy my next car from him. More
