Poor customer service First dealership I drive to onsaturday morning, bright and early. I meet Kevin the guy I had talked to the prior day standing outside the dealership, First dealership I drive to onsaturday morning, bright and early. He goes through the usual dealership thing, checking names and probably credit score before he can show me a car. The gets up goes to the back cones back with one key and says I have two cars to show you the other is I. The back at that poo t I tell him that's fine let's go see the one you got a let to them will walk to the back see the other if we don't like the first. We get outside the building and the guy wants to stop and talk at tht pint I tell hi. Time is money Lea keep moving, he gets upset and says you right time is money but you not gonna rush me! I said I have other thins to do later in the day. He then says well then forget it uses the f... word and walk away! Guess what Kevin you the looser, I hope you're boss reads this. The Honda Accord with 30996 miles that you did'nt sell me, is the exact Honda Accord Vandergrieff Honda sold me. Meaning the car was transferred to Vandergrieff that morning, so now whose the fool!!
