It was because of his quick review of my car's history, instead of assuming based on miles and years and my memory of what has been done before on my car (that has happened before). Greg reviewed quickly all my previous service history with me performed at Rusty Wallis when I went in just for an oil change, thinking I will have to go elsewhere for service.
