Just what we needed! We had specific needs for a family vehicle and were looking at used Odysseys. I saw a listing for a 2014 EX-L at Rusty Wallis and went by to inquire a We had specific needs for a family vehicle and were looking at used Odysseys. I saw a listing for a 2014 EX-L at Rusty Wallis and went by to inquire about it right at closing time when Alan Glazer greeted me. Since I was too late to really see anything, he invited me to bring the family the next day and take a look. Earlier the next day, he emailed me a walk-around video of the Odyssey just to give me a preview, flaws and all. By the time we arrived, he had it cleaned up enough for us to test drive, and we loved it. The test drive was generous, and Alan had great information on the vehicle. The vehicle was already priced at $2k under other listings with the same miles, so we made the purchase. The vehicle still needed to be prepped, and our schedule would not allow us to come back until the next week. Over those several days, Alan kept us updated on the vehicle through personalized videos. His communication was great, and by the time we came to take delivery, the CPO 2014 Odyssey was pristine. Alan followed-up with us the next morning to make sure we arrived home safe and that the Odyssey was to our liking. This closed out a very satisfying minivan shopping experience. More

But my last experience was awful. They would not match a competitors offer. I did all the leg work to find the best deal but to no avail. One of the employees I have talked to told me they have heard this from other customers too. I feel customer loyalty means nothing to Rusty Wallis Honda. More
Experience at Rusty Wallis - Phenominal. My car needed service and with in 5 minutes I was met with service professionals (Mr. Webb and Mr. Peterson). The quality of care and professionalism by the underwriters in service at Rusty Wallis is a FIVE STAR performance. I left the Service Center knowing what was needed and when to expect the work to be completed. Additionally, with in the hour I was called and told that an optional need could also be performed (oil change) and of course I wanted that done as well. That way I didn't have to come back in a week or two. This is service at it's best. Ronnie Robertson (General Manager} contacted me and asked me about the quality of the service. All of this is accomplished under his leadership and that of Mr. Rich Star (Service Director). I am thinking about a new car purchase and it will definitely be from the number one dealership in the country.... Rusty Wallis. More

Amazing service again! I actually almost look forward to bringing my car to Rusty Wallis for service. Yesterday was another predictably wonderful experience. My husband made an appointment to have recall work done on the airbag of our CRV. When we arrived at least 3 people asked if they could help us and got us the correct person all within about 10 seconds. We were told we would get a call when the car was ready, and Jeff followed through with that. We arrived, signed paperwork, and were out the door in about 60 seconds. It took me a long time to find Rusty Wallis service, and now I will not go anywhere else. And I tell every Honda owner I know that this is the place to go. More
