I worked with Jason Volk in Finance last year and again this year; he was very genial and helpful. My distinct impression was that both he and Garcia were sincerely interested in making certain they had done all they could to help me. The only conceivable blemish on their performance would be that, since we are in Texas, they may not be New York Yankee fans, but the service was so great that, even if that is the case, I forgive them, but do hope they will repent.
