The Best Service Dept. I typically call ahead and speak to my service manager, Jeff Peterson to provide info and when to bring the car in. I know from that point that Jeff will follow up with the technician(s) and keep me advised of what they find and the recommended work and what the estimated cost will be. Recently the car had to be brought in twice within a few days and after Jeff caught an oversight in the "diagnosis" and had the alternator I did not need returned to parts and that what was causing my new battery to go dead was the door locks which were replaced at half the cost of installing a new alternator. I am always confident that Jeff is the kind of service manager that is honest and follows up on the details to insure I get the work needed to keep my car safe and running without any unnecessary work "add on" ....
