Believe it or not, it was sitting right on the showroom floor! We drove a similar model and were convinced. The price was right. Two days later before we drove our new car off the lot, John spent all the time we needed walking us through all the operating instructions we needed....answering all our question. More

Outstanding! I would definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, coworkers, whoever! I know car dealerships are synonymous with time consuming and dre I would definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, coworkers, whoever! I know car dealerships are synonymous with time consuming and dreadful, but this was the absolute opposite. We were in and out within 3 hours and the time went by so quick because we just talked to Patrick the entire time. He's not one of the awkward sales people who asks you small-talk questions, he really gets to know you. As far as the purchasing process of the car, when we went for a test drive and immediately gave me the keys, from the start he showed me how it unlocks just by touching the handle and how it locks by pressing the button, then he showed me all the features on the inside like how to use the blindspot camera, the economy button, the breaking feature by pressing the button, how the backseat folds down. The drive was great, we went on the highway and streets, he made sure I was comfortable with how it felt driving. It was a really hands on process verses the car dealership I went to prior where I was not shown any of those things. He really took care of us on the pricing, he did great and got the price of my monthly down significantly which was really important! Overall just an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Patrick and Jason Volk! More
