Although it been my experience that Hondas are extremely reliable, I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty that gives me piece of mind for 85mths or 100k miles from the time of my purchase for a reasonable cost. Bad in used cars. I went to buy a used car one day and planned to trade in my current car. I told them what I owed which was about half of its reasonable value. They gave me an offer for my car which was less than what I owed. And, their offer for my car was several thousand less than other offers I received for it. The sales guy was decent, FYI. However, the finance guys know every penny of every deal so I believe this was a purposeful attempt to give me what would be a very bad deal. I walked out and bought a similar car at another dealer. In that deal, a reasonable offer was given for my car and the deal went very smoothly. More
