I showed them a listing for a comparable vehicle at another dealer and they researched that specific vehicle and revealed damage records that even car fax didn't show. They also did a price comparison search for my area and provided both of the reports to me. When I asked the second dealer about the damage report they didn't call me back which validated what was found. These guys were patient, honest and got me in a great pre-owned car. I highly recommend them. More
I am a new customer I bought my last two Hondas at another local dealership. When I went there a month ago for a warranty issue, I was disappointed in the service. The difference was like night and day! Every single person I talked with--from the Asst. Service guy (can't remember your name, but you were awesome!), to Tony, to the shuttle driver, to the two ladies at the Cashier desk (who couldn't find the ticket, but never got flustered and tried about 6 different ways to get what I needed,) to the young man who retrieved my car--every single person was TRULY OUTSTANDING. Seriously, this was THE BEST service experience I have ever had (and I'm old :). I will be giving this car to my daughter and buying a new one, probably within the year. Sorry other dealership. You just lost a customer. I'll be back to Rusty Wallis. Thanks again. More

Best car dealer experience I've had We visited several different dealers when I was looking for a new vehicle. Rusty Wallis was the last on our list and somewhat of an afterthought since We visited several different dealers when I was looking for a new vehicle. Rusty Wallis was the last on our list and somewhat of an afterthought since I thought all the new Hondas would be out of our price range. This is the only dealership where we weren't immediately accosted by aggressive salespeople asking "what would it take for me to get you in this car TODAY?" After we walked around the lot and looked at the Accords, Civics, Fits, and vans, I had a few questions about the Fit and the ergonomics - I'm a big guy so I've got to find a commuter vehicle that's comfortable for me to drive. After we entered the showroom, we were approached by Deborah who answered our questions, let us sit in the cars we were looking at, and gave us some promotional material and a business card - very low pressure. Did I mention I absolutely hate high pressure sales tactics? The sales manager came out and talked to us and shook our hands. He was also friendly and non-aggressive. My wife and I went home and did some more research on the main car that caught our attention - the Fit. I had initially ruled it out before seeing it in person because I thought it would be too small inside. It actually has as much interior room, or close to it, as my old 2007 Accord. The next day I emailed Deborah and asked for a quote without the "BS" dealer add-ons (you know the ones I mean, like $500 Scotchguard on the seats). She came back with a price we were happy with so I scheduled an appointment for the next week. Unfortunately due to some health issues, I was unable to make our meeting in the morning and had to go in the afternoon. Deborah was there waiting for us and she made the deal happen for a fair price. I had already gotten preapproval for an auto loan from my credit union, but the finance guy, Ryan, was able to beat their offer by 2 percentage points on the interest rate. The specific car we wanted had literally just come off the delivery truck and wasn't finished (hub caps, trim pieces, window tint, etc that the dealer adds on arrival), so we came back a few hours later and drove off with a brand new Fit with only 4 miles on the odometer. If you hate pushy salespeople and want a fair deal on a car from one of the most reliable manufacturers, go to Rusty Wallis and talk to Deborah. More

If any sort of problem arises, he manages to get it resolved quickly and fairly. He has the unusual ability to get to know and understand very quickly your needs and preferences in a new car. He found the perfect car for us. The administrative staff we dealt with after we had chosen our car -- Fred, Paul and John -- were all low key and straight forward.
