Delighted with new car purchase experience!! I started looking for a new car 3-4 weeks back. As part of the ground work, the first impression created by Rusty Wallis (and David Sheffer) was most I started looking for a new car 3-4 weeks back. Even though I visited and spoke to quite a few other dealers near me (and Rusty Wallis being rather far off comparatively), I finally chose to go ahead and close the deal with Rusty Wallis; reasons being - price, overall customer feedback on their sales and service, and most importantly the sincerity and reliability of the SalesPerson (David Sheffer). I had already exchanged lots of emails with David even before I stepped into the showroom, and every time, he was very prompt, honest and realistic with the information. He even helped me to sort out the financing aspect. The overall sales closure process was very smooth (no dirty tricks like other dealerships, where, for negotiations, they start bringing in one person after the other and try to extract more from you). David Sheffer is one of the honest SalesPerson (cars or otherwise) that I have ever come across. I was planning for a pre-owned initially, but since everything worked out, I settled for a new 2015 Accord. I really hope now that the Service experience is as delightful as the Sales. I would also like to thank the management and the man himself (Mr. Rusty Wallis) for having created and promoted strong business values!!! More
