First Class in Every Way A couple weeks ago it was my pleasure to test drive and then purchase a 2015 Honda Fit from Rusty Wallis Honda, with salesman Joseph Nash to show all A couple weeks ago it was my pleasure to test drive and then purchase a 2015 Honda Fit from Rusty Wallis Honda, with salesman Joseph Nash to show all that this amazing little vehicle offers. Joseph and I had exchanged some email in advance of my test drive, and I was impressed with his understanding and patience in those emails and even more so when I met him and observed how well he listened to me. Along with that I noted the questions he asked me that helped both he and I be sure that this car was truly the best 'fit' for me. I quickly decided that it was, and from that point Joseph made sure that the purchase experience was as truly "no hassle" as he knew I was wanting. And when it came time for signing all the paperwork, it was also great to work with Ryan Cannon. Both of these guys obviously love what they do, and they do it well. That makes all the difference. I grew up as a small-town boy, and the friendliness and care that I experienced in working with Joseph, Ryan and the others I met at Rusty Wallis Honda reminded me of the pleasure of working with a friendly and neighborly small-town merchant… but in this case it was a dealer in the heart of Dallas. Before I drove off in my new car Joseph took a couple of pics of me proudly standing beside it, then he helped me get my iPhone linked up with my new Fit's in-dash entertainment system, and showed me some of the cool things it would do. But they didn't even want to try working with me to see what my options were. Well Joseph Nash had already sold a vehicle to my grandmother, so i was lucky enough to work with him. He made whole experience worth while. He found me a fantastic car with a remarkable deal and did everything he could too make sure i left with what i wanted. Although i needed a co-signer, he made it a very comfortable environment for the deal to be done.
