I found myself going to Rusty Wallis for a used car for two reasons, close location to me and the good service I got when I had some maintenance done on an earlier car years ago. We've had three Hondas, you know, getting through the high school years, with little or no problems with them so why stop now. Brad greeted me and explained what he had on stock and what was coming in. We test drove a new and under no pressure told me to come back when a couple used ones came in so I could look at them. I did,and Brad pointed out all the features and differences between several of them. He was most helpful, knowledgeable and professional in my decision. At no time did I feel any pressure or confusion, great salesman! We sat down with Paul and made a deal I was happy with, not taking to long I might add. The business manager explained several options and I went with one that best suited me and gave me extra warranty. Nice! I was shopping for a new 2013 Civic. I had been to lots of internet sights looking at Toyotas and Hondas. This was the third dealership I visited (one Toyota and two Honda). It was hard to choose at firs of internet sights looking at Toyotas and Hondas. This was the third dealership I visited (one Toyota and two Honda). It was hard to choose at first, but I did extensive research on the option packages and compared three different vehicles and decided the 2013 Civic was the one that best suited my needs. I was attracted to Rusty Wallis because of the way they responded to my consumers report quote request. They were right up front and gave me a price below the consumers report recommended Target price -- and did it over the internet! Out of 6 Honda dealers only one other did that, and there quote was a bit iffy quoting the wrong MSRP. However I still had some loyalty to the dealer that I had been dealing with for years so I went there first and they tried a bait and switch on the transportation costs ($790). After we had agreed to a price they tried to add that back in to the deal. For me $790 is a lot of money to add back on after they supposedly had given me the "bottom line" price. Immediately that crystal clear quote by return e-mail from Rusty Wallis came to mind it even showed tax title and license costs and gave me a clear bottom line out the door price. After the old "switcheroo" from the dealer I thought I had a relationship of about ten years with, I thought what do I have to loose. I called them and drove over to see if they would keep their word and they did. John Hargis is a straight up-front guy. He is a man of his word. More

My daughter needed a different car and had her heart set on the Honda Civic she had seen online. Boris worked with us to get the best deal possible. I gave the guy my card for the down payment and I noticed that the numbers weren't right and asked him to stop and not continue the transaction. It was priced very competitively with equivalent models at "no haggle" dealers. John assured us the car was as good as described online since we had to drive more than 200 miles to see it, and indeed it was. John took time to show all of the car's features to my son and explained how to properly maintain it. He wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and immediately took care of the only minor blemish we found. I will definitely check in with John again at Rusty Wallis when it's time to buy our next vehicle. More
