I WAS SHOCKED!! Because of my busy schedule, it took me a few days to finally meet, drive, sign & have the car delivered next day! So, within 5 days I had what I requested! Great service! Single female buyer!!! Chris Shaw was very informative, knowledgable and didn't pressure me into purchasing the a car! Pleasantly Surprised! I was dreading going to purchase a new car, because I expected to be taken advantage of, coerced into extras I didn't need and devoured by wolves. This was definitely one of the top best experiences I have had making a major purchase. Joseph Nash was exceptional as a salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, answered all questions asked and just made the experience comfortable. However, his best attribute was his emphasis on "no pressure." Ryan called us a week or so later to let us know that a truck fitting all our needs and more had just come in. Unfortunately we were out of town when he called, so he went above-and-beyond to show us the truck via photos and FaceTime. Since we were going to be back in town in the next few days he met with us on a Sunday to sign the paperwork and lock in the deal. We love our truck and our experience with Ryan and Rusty Wallis!
