My daughter was looking for a car. We went on a test drive of a 2013 Honda Civic with Bobby Williams on Thursday. Bobby walked us though the various features of the Civic and Hondas in general. We then met with Chris, and he walked us through various purchase options. We can back on Friday and purchased the 2013 Civic. Adam was helpful in explaining our various options during the purchase process. Overall, it was a very good experience from start to finish. To top it off, my sister called me Saturday on her way to meet her son at Rusty Wallis. I called Bobby, and he met them as they came in the door. I was searching for a new car after having had a car wreck that left our 2012 Volkswagon totaled. Bobby met me at the door as I drove up to the dealership and, upon finding out exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, proceeded to introduce me to the Honda Accord. The service I received at the Rusty Wallis Honda dealership made it nearly impossible to walk away without buying the car. Not only did Mr.Williams have expert level knowledge of the vehicle, answering any and every question I could possibly have about the car, but I was also able to make the purchase almost immediately after finding out that I had more than adequate credit to do so. I'm very happy knowing that the vehicle I now drive is the safest car on the road, and I enjoyed the buying process, as every moment of my interaction with Mr.Williams felt like I was talking to an old friend, rather making a major purchase. Rusty Wallis is not the closest dealership to my home. But I was looking for a specific vehicle. My husband and I shopped online and he made a call to verify the vehicle was in stock and the color I want But I was looking for a specific vehicle. I have to add that my husband is a tough negotiator and would walk away if he felt that we weren't being treated correctly. He asked general questions about the financing special they were offering because I was unwilling to submit for credit if it was going to be a negotiation game. I also did not want to spend hours working on the purchase. I wanted straight forward pricing for both my trade-in and the purchase and the manager told us on the phone we could work it out. We did. We arrived and they were ready for us. The manager who my husband had spoken to introduced Paul Hahn as the associate who would work with us. He was detailed (without being boring) and thorough with the features of the vehicle. He had a good sense of humor and he was able to answer all of my questions without being "salesy". When it came to pricing my trade-in, Paul did not get ruffled. He started with the attitude of "we will try" and actually acted like he was representing me as the buyer instead of "no way." We dealt directly with his supervisor for our final agreement. I appreciated the process and professionalism shown. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Rusty Wallace. I will recommend Paul Hahn and Rusty Wallace to friends who are looking for a Honda. More
