Rusty Wallis is not the closest dealership to my home. But I was looking for a specific vehicle. I have to add that my husband is a tough negotiator and would walk away if he felt that we weren't being treated correctly. He asked general questions about the financing special they were offering because I was unwilling to submit for credit if it was going to be a negotiation game. I also did not want to spend hours working on the purchase. I wanted straight forward pricing for both my trade-in and the purchase and the manager told us on the phone we could work it out. We did. We arrived and they were ready for us. The manager who my husband had spoken to introduced Paul Hahn as the associate who would work with us. He was detailed (without being boring) and thorough with the features of the vehicle. He had a good sense of humor and he was able to answer all of my questions without being "salesy". When it came to pricing my trade-in, Paul did not get ruffled. He started with the attitude of "we will try" and actually acted like he was representing me as the buyer instead of "no way." We dealt directly with his supervisor for our final agreement. I appreciated the process and professionalism shown. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Rusty Wallace.
