Went the Extra Mile! Bradley White was extremely professional in helping me get a good price for my trade-in and in helping me select my new vehicle. Jorge Santiago also h Bradley White was extremely professional in helping me get a good price for my trade-in and in helping me select my new vehicle. Jorge Santiago also helped me test drive many vehicles. They were both great to work with, and not pushy at all. When I got home and noticed a problem with my rear bumper, I called and was advised to bring the car back. Bradley and Mike Anderson went WAY above expectations, and when the bumper could not be fixed, it was replaced. Thank you so much for going to bat for me! I live on the other side of the Metroplex, but will alway recommend Rusty Wallis to my friends. They were friendly, helpful and professional. I love my car! Thank you again!! Liz H. More
Outstanding Experience! David Shaffer was a pleasure to work with on my Accord deal. He was courteous, timely, and best of all straight-up honest. This was by far the best David Shaffer was a pleasure to work with on my Accord deal. He was courteous, timely, and best of all straight-up honest. This was by far the best dealership I have ever bought a car from or worked through the process with. I also worked with John Hargis and Amir Hamghalam who were very helpful in every way. Thank you for making my purchase a pleasurable experience. More
Do Negotiation to get a better price/ average price!!! Don't buy the car at the first day. Go two to three times and do negotiation as much as up to 20% of the vehicle price. Then they will accept the deal Don't buy the car at the first day. Go two to three times and do negotiation as much as up to 20% of the vehicle price. Then they will accept the deal and they will tell you need to take loan from them. If you are not taking loan from them they will charge you $750, $500. Its also depend on your speech and you can negotiate that also. They will tell like am giving you the internet price, but in internet MSRP price will be mentioned. They will reduce $1000 and tells promotion is going on we are giving you the better price. Don't trust about promotion or what ever the sales person tells. Go to the dealer with the thought of negotiating the price up to 15-20%. Example: if the car costs mentioned is $26000. Keep your maximum price as $22000 and drive the car Happily. More
I came to Rusty Wallis hoping that I could fine a car with my very little credit that I could afford. Even before I came in, Joseph answered all of my questions, and made me very comfortable. I got to te with my very little credit that I could afford. Even before I came in, Joseph answered all of my questions, and made me very comfortable. I got to test drive all of the cars I was interested in, and in the end he helped me pick out the perfect car for my wants and my budget, without being pushy. I couldn't take my car home that day, so the next week Joseph met me half way to trade out my old car for my new one so I didn't have to get into 635 traffic. Great customer service. They really want to work with you to get you into a new or used car that meets your needs. More
Amir was extremely pushy during the financing portion. He would not take no for an answer and kept using sleazy tactics to convince me that I wanted extended warrantee. He made an otherwise very pleasant exp would not take no for an answer and kept using sleazy tactics to convince me that I wanted extended warrantee. He made an otherwise very pleasant experience unpleasant. At the very end, they had me fill out a survey. I gave a great score for my salesperson, but gave the other employees a mediocre score because of Amir. The manager tried to convince me that this would reflect poorly on my salesperson and that it would hurt their salary. More
Timingbelt replaced, gasket leaked. Splashgaurd replaced, didn't replace retainers. Now they stopped sending me coupons because they don't want customers that check their work. Just as well, I do replaced, didn't replace retainers. Now they stopped sending me coupons because they don't want customers that check their work. Just as well, I don't mind paying good money for quality work, but bringing the car back every time they screw up is costly and time consuming and they don't care. More
I have poor credit but with a great paying job and my wife had good credit but a home maker and some more complexities like non SSN number etc etc...We were 100% sure that no dealership would entertain u wife had good credit but a home maker and some more complexities like non SSN number etc etc...We were 100% sure that no dealership would entertain us with this scenario. But we just gave it a shot with Peter in the internet sales chat.. Peter worked with Adam and informed us to visit them. We though this is just the regular sales pitch and nothing's going to happen. Still we went in yesterday and met with Peter because with terrible credit we don't have the liberty to choose. The dealership and people were very nice needless to say..So i just tried to make sure if Peter really checked our credit and immediately he showed both of our credit reports, fraud checks, scorecards and credit scores printed out and kept ready. I clearly understood that these guys were serious and this was our lucky day. He showed us the basic Honda civic and that was totally fine with us as we were getting qualified for a new car and also this was our second car. We already have a Honda odyssey..Off we went to meet finance manager Adam. He was totally nice to us and wow.. He approved financing for us at an unbelievable interest rate of 4.5% for 5 years. We finished formalities immediately and picked the car today. He gave us a great bumper to bumper warranty, GAP protection, Free Oil Changes all within acceptable price ranges. Warranty makes sense to us because the odyssey that we have now failed in transmission and an extended warranty that we had with that car saved us 2500$ which was a surprise for us..So we gladly accepted the warranty Peter helped us out with the controls of the new car and wished us good luck at the end today If anybody has terrible credit please try this place before looking at Craigslist and rip off "buy here pay here" places. You don't have anything to lose as your credit is already busted. Now I know why Rusty Wallis is the best Honda dealer in Dallas area. Dealer Rater.. More
I am a well informed buyer. Based on my new car buying experience and my comparison with other dealerships, this is the place to buy your new Honda car. When I asked for an offer, Eric gave me his be experience and my comparison with other dealerships, this is the place to buy your new Honda car. When I asked for an offer, Eric gave me his best offer immediately. When I went to choose the color for the car, Eric and Paul brought me to the stock lot twice and allowed me to pick the color and the car myself. Of course, they were with me all the time to answer my questions. When I had difficult choosing between Accord and CR-V, they gave me time to think it over, they extended the effective period of their offers, and they told me their thoughts about those models. When it was time for me to pay for the car, this dealership did not add a cent to the originally offered out the door price (OTD). If you don't have time to shop around, you can just ask Eric for his best offer and buy the car. I don't think you will regret later after you hear about you friends' car buying experiences and prices they pay. If you have time to do comparison, you should include this dealership as one of the first choices. My fellow buyers, my advice is to stay away from dealership that don't give you an offer before they ask to visit them, and stay away from dealers that ask you about the offer of other dealerships and try to beat it with a little amount. They may add fees/charges after they beat the offer you get from others. Don't trust them. We buyers should do bussiness with honest dealership like Rusty Wallis Honda and promote it for us buyers. Thank you Rusty Wallis! I bought my new Honda in April, which was a great experience...but then was in an accident in October....so I took my car into the Collision Center to be repaired. Brian Glenn went which was a great experience...but then was in an accident in October....so I took my car into the Collision Center to be repaired. Brian Glenn went above and beyond for making my experience painless. He reassured me that the Collision Center would repair my car and it would not be any kind of a hassle. He worked closely with my insurance and made me feel like a priority. Brian, Maria and Dan all stayed in contact with me during the process....they even checked on me after I received my car back. How fantastic is that?! I can't say enough positive things about Rusty Wallis and a huge THANK YOU!!! More
