I gave the guy my card for the down payment and I noticed that the numbers weren't right and asked him to stop and not continue the transaction. It was priced very competitively with equivalent models at "no haggle" dealers. John assured us the car was as good as described online since we had to drive more than 200 miles to see it, and indeed it was. John took time to show all of the car's features to my son and explained how to properly maintain it. He wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and immediately took care of the only minor blemish we found. I will definitely check in with John again at Rusty Wallis when it's time to buy our next vehicle. More

My experience working with Tommy Norman was amusing and great. He answered all my questions and then some to make sure I understood the process of purchasing a new vehicle.
