We showed up on Monday night about 15 minutes until close and after one of the salesmen passing us off John was ready to help. Being in sales myself I respected how he treated us even though they were about and after one of the salesmen passing us off John was ready to help. About 5 minutes after closing time John brought the car around and asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. John was very flexible with us and allowed me to bring my trade in for an appraisal the next day on my way to work, so that my wife could come back that evening and start the process of nailing down a price and options. I was able to come back Tuesday, once again after the dealership closed, and John had the car ready and all i had to do was sign the papers and get the keys. My family and I have bought cars from Rusty Wallis and will continue to in the future. As long as John Hargis is working there he will receive any business I can send his way, as well as my business. Everyone was so helpful from the used car lot to the new car lot. Jarret tore himself away from his office to help me because I talked to him earlier in the day about a used car I saw online.
