The customer service experience at Rusty Wallis was much better that the other 2 dealerships I had been to that day. This was my first time buying a pre-owned car. I went on the test drive and knew that was not the one for me. We talked a little more about their inventory within my criteria and found another car for me test drive. Bernard Williams presented the vehicle and took over. When I say took over, I mean that literally. He opened the door for me and the family to get in and he jumped in as well!! I was taken back until I learned that he and Kirk really work together as a team. Upon the completion of the test drive, Bernard continued to share the features of the vehicle and the service at Rusty Wallis. I did not decide right away, but Bernard confidently said I would be back! I thought how arrogant. I did return a day later to pick up a very nice certified pre-owned Honda Accord. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. I wasn't expecting the paperwork process to move as quickly as it did, a bit rushed actually. Be it known that the deal was sealed before I returned on my end. I came into Rusty Wallis to see if they can save me money with my gas guzzlin Ridgeline which i loved very much. I just didn't like paying for the gas. I did rate the price as good and not great but that is only because i was upside on the Ridgeline....i know that my new Civic will save me money in the long run. My overall experience was a blessing and i am so grateful Ronnie was the person who came out meet with me and my family. More
