I was very happy with the entire experience of buying a used vehicle this past Saturday. Brad White greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my car. I knew what I wanted to test drive and had done my homew used vehicle this past Saturday. Brad White greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my car. Brad was very thorough in showing me the Honda Pilot and taking time to show my husband when he met us later that morning. I never felt like he tried to "sell" us anything. Once we made the decision to purchase, he took us to meet the finance person who explained about the extended warranty we could buy, which we did. Once all was complete, Brad met us outside with our new Pilot and helped us unload stuff from the old car we traded into the new. He called Monday to see if everything was OK. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

My wife and I had emailed Stewart back and forth as we lived in Abilene (160 miles from Dallas.) We didn't want to drive so far and be treated poorly by the sales staff. We talked about what we wanted and where we were at on the trade-in. We had a long way to go between what we wanted for the trade-in and what they offered. Eventually though, we were able to come to an agreement on the trade-in value and the sale price of the new Civic. Bryan Mullican, new car sales manager, was very nice and polite. Not rude and pushy like most sales managers are. As we came in late, they did everything they could to come to an agreement quickly. (Probably wanted to go home!) We met with Syed Abidi to discuss finance. He was a very nice person. He answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful in getting all of the paperwork done as soon as possible. I do not give out 5's---except for today. All three staff members, Stewart, Bryan and Syed were top notch. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wanted a good new car sales experience. I fully expect that my wife and I will first contact Rusty Wallis Honda when we buy another Honda--and we will. More
