I loved my experience at Rusty Wallis Used car. It was late and a last minute decision to see if the car I'd seen on-line was still on the lot. Bernard was outside, immediately introduced himself. I was looking for a car with leather and low miles. He not only new the inventory, he went right to the actual ones that had leather. Then I mention the car I'd seen on-line, and he was on top of that too. He actually went to get the key and we went for a long drive, up on the highway. I mentioned how every time I go to a dealer, and had already went on-line found a car I wanted to see, they made me go inside, sit, fill out paperwork, wanting to discuss a trade. Then they would bring the wrong car, wrong color, no leather. I was getting very frustrated. But everyone from Bernard, Jeff to Jason was just great, even when we kept them late ( my husband was napping on the loveseat). Everything was explained, (Jeff was caring) they ran around trying to give me information on the trade in. Even though the trade in was lower than we thought it would be, they explained the rationale. I would send anyone to them. The personal attention to what I needed at that moment, quality customer care, and explanation of the financials by Jason was easy. I plan on bringing the car back to them for window tinting. We just purchased a new civic from rusty Wallis Honda and I must say I was very impressed with the way it worked out. We were originally going to finance at 8% but the banks turned us down.
