Ronnie was my first contact at Rusty Wallis through internet pricing program. He was honest and although he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but he was honest and persistent. I decided to test drive at Rusty Wallis because of Ronnie's courteous but continuous pursuit. On Saturday when I came in for a test drive, Eric Lucy assisted me in test driving a Fit and a Civic. Eric knew his vehicles. He told me more than I could remember about both of them! He was patient and listened to my many questions. He wasn't pushy and was very courteous. I was fully intending to go to a Ford dealership to test drive. I was bound and determined, actually! But I enjoyed so much dealing with Eric and I really felt that I would be given a great and fair deal at Rusty Wallis Honda. I was treated fairly and I did get a GREAT deal. This is from a person who has owned at least 10 Fords! Finally, Zaffar was great when working with me on the financing. He explained in detail everything about the extended warranties and other coverage. We worked together to decide the best plan for me. I am more than just a little happy with my purchase at Rusty Wallace. I just hope and pray that the Service Center continues to offer the superb service that is given in the sales department. This dealership is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. They are honest and very straight froward. Many people say buying a car is a very unpleasant experience. Well, these people have never been to Rusty Wallis Honda. They never high pressure you, they truly work to get you the best deal possible, and are always friendly and accommodating. We we lucky enough to work with Dan Ashton on our last two purchases. All the folks at Rusty Wallis are very good, but Dan is FANTASTIC. He makes you feel as if he is working for you, not the dealership. Dan is very laid back, easy going, and friendly. He was the most kind hearted and caring person, he was helpful, informative, and you could really tell he cared for us and our growing family. To make a long story short we worked very close with Boris and Chris Conroy to get the car really wanted and needed into our low budget. I appreciate them more than they know and I would recommend them to anyone, they are really good people and I say that will total sincerity. Internet Salesman, Tommy Norman (Rusty Wallis Honda) was the most prompt and quoted me a drive away price; over the phone and in writing. Two other dealers called with quotes that were higher. Having bought all but one of my Hondas from Jim Alee & Rusty Wallis, I was delighted that they came in with the best price. I decided to take the car for a test drive and viola! I am the proud owner of a new CR-V. Tommy was great; he explained every detail of the transaction and every bell & whistle on the car.
