This is the third car we have purchased from Rusty Wallis. The buying experience has always been great, however the process of purchasing our 2013 Accord was the best we've ever had. She demoed the car in a very thorough way and was willing to let us drive the car for as much time as we thought was necessary. She was great at answering questions, and she had very good product knowledge. We had to wait for the car to arrive at the dealership, and she was very good about keeping us informed as to when it would show up. She even came in on her day off to deliver the car to us. We purchased a 2012 Civic from Ronnie a month ago. The experience was absolutely wonderful. I started all my communication with Ronnie by email and he was responsive, honest, and up front. Some of them tried to make me believe they were beating Ronnie, but they were playing typical dealer games. The experience with Ronnie at Rusty Wallis was top notch and much better than the other dealers we visited. He was patient with us, made sure we were taken care of, made sure I had an ice cold coke, made sure that my very picky wife had her pick of the lot and that all her needs were met. In short, he went waaaaayy out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Chris was also great to work with. He was kind, honest, intelligent, and good with customers.
