Considering how negative our experience was with Toyota of Richardson and other dealers over the years my wife and I had a severe distrust of the entire industry. John Hargis changed all that. I spent months researching all of the games dealers play, preparing myself for what I thought would be more of the same. However I was pleasantly surprised when the deal closed without any game of any kind. This is truly a refreshing change than what we're used to. We came in at 10:00AM on Friday 11-23-12 and closed the transaction easily. We were out about an hour later. John was very knowledgable about the Civic as well, showing me every feature and even programmed all my favorite radio stations before we left. Even working with Adam in the finance department was a pleasant experience. He was not pushy or 'sales-ey' at all, explaining what additional options we had available to us and the discounts available should we choose to purchase them. I have been a long time Honda owner and was iching to trade in my '07 Accord Coupe for the brand new '13 coupe. I met with Kenneth Boyd back in Sept when I heard the 13's had arrived only to find out tha trade in my '07 Accord Coupe for the brand new '13 coupe. I met with Kenneth Boyd back in Sept when I heard the 13's had arrived only to find out that the coupes where not yet available. Kenneth however took the time to show me all of the great features now available in the Accord and almost had me sold on the sedan. Kenneth called me as soon as the first Accord coupes arrived in late Oct and I went to check them out, when I arrived all they had available was the four cylinder model and I wanted the six. So again I waited for Kenneth's call. Now mid Nov I get the call from Kenneth come on in we have the Six Cylinder model. I arrived Friday after work found the one I wanted and started to work with Kenneth on our deal. I became too tired to continue and told Kenneth I'd be back in the morning and with out any hesitation or attemp to keep me there till he made the sale he let me go. Major points! When I arrived Saturday Kenneth was with an other customer but still made the time to make me feel welcomed and comfortable, when his deal with the other customer began to take longer he transfered me to Jason Powell to work out the details of my purchase. I got the deal I wanted thanks to Bryan Mullican and I am now a very happy customer of Rusty Wallace Honda. More
