The whole atmosphere on the sales floor was relaxed. Stewart Cloer was my sales person and was so friendly and helpful from the first (Friday) night I walked into the dealership. He introduced himself and ASKED me what I had in mind. He listened to what I was looking for. He did not pressure me and he said he was sure he had a car that would "make me happy". He went out and drove up with a new Honda Accord. I could not believe he had just what I had described to him! After looking over the car and discussing numbers, I said I would not be buying that night - that I needed to compare with some other cars just to satisfy my mind and to make sure I was doing what would "make me happy". However, I did say I would probably be back tomorrow (Saturday) night to purchase. Stewart was able to hold the car back and hold the price we discussed. The trust he had in me meant alot. I did go back on Saturday to buy that NEW beautiful shiney black Honda Accord!! I stopped back to talk with Stewart on Monday night. Again, he greeted me warmly. I had a couple of questions about the features on the car and he, also, helped me set some of the programs. I have driven my car now for 4 days and am feeling more comfortable with it all the time. It runs very smooth, is easy to handle, and is very pretty! I hope I can have MANY years of enjoyment with my NEW car, which, of course, will "make me happy". This is the first Honda I have ever owned. However, my husband, my two sons and their in-laws are ALL happy Honda owners! I traded in my precious Thunderbird, and as silly as it sounds, asked Stewart to be sure it gets a good home! I really took good care of it for 15 years and was quite attached to it. Now, with my NEW car, I will again take really good care of it, treat it special, and always park it in covered lots to "make me happy"! I went to this dealership for the new car. The Sales person was good. He was helping us the Sales Team was no good. Without running my loan to Honda Financial Services, they said our loan denied. They cheated us by offered the high percentage loan. I have applied the same day at Honda Financial Services after 4 hr. My loan was approved @ 8K more that what I need to buy car. Can you believe the dealership employee can make a racial statement about your race. I will never prefer to this dealership again. THE HEIGHT: After all of this, Customer service manager will contacted us and promised us to solve the problem. After 4 days no answer and Sales Manager call us the said he do want to sell the car.
