I had a great experience from beginning to end. From the sales person, to the manager and even to financing. Most people don't enjoy purchasing cars because of the hassle. I am from Austin and wanted to buy a 2012 odyssey LX at first. I searched all areas around me, including Dallas, Houston and Austin etc, John gave the best price from all over these areas, however, when I first. I searched all areas around me, including Dallas, Houston and Austin etc, John gave the best price from all over these areas, however, when I called him at the beginning, he was too busy to take my calls and his coworker helped me but said they do not have the car in stock at all. I was very upset bcs they gave the best price even with no car in stock. Later on, I changed my mind to a EXL and quoted around again. John gave me the best again. So I have to contact him about the white van I want. This time he does have it. I drove 3.5hours to this dealership and John was very friendly. He pulled out 2 white vans but both were damaged a little bit and I was upset and thought he might be cheating. But I was wrong. He worked so hard and find us the perfect white van and we eventually get what we want. As a first time new car buyer, we asked John a lot of silly questions and took him a long time to help us on finally checking the van. Really appreciated! Highly recommend John! You will get your best price here. More
I had the best experience buying my new 2013 Accord. I had my 02 Accord in the service department and to kill time just went looking through the lot. I had new car fever but wasn't sure I wanted to buy right away. I was met inside the door by Tommy Norman and I loved his friendly attitude. I felt like I was delaing with a family member. He was not pushy and I explained that I wanted to wait a couple of weeks. He called me the next day just to thank me for coming in. When I was ready to buy I called Tommy and told him that I would be in to see him in a few days. He worked with me to get the deal I needed and explained everything about the car. I bought my last car there in 2001 and I will continue to buy there because of people like Tommy. I work in customer service so that is very important to me and he was the best. More

In my opionion, the car buying experience as a whole usually isnt at the top of any "fun" list... After working with John, folks may rethink that... From the folks who greet you to the folks who service your vehicle, everyone is great. Likewise with the sales staff and financing. This is a very professional group of individuals. I tell everyone about how great our experiences have been with Rusty Wallis Honda. the only suggestion I could make for improvement would be to have actual photos of the vehicles for sale on the website, as well as more detailed description, such as interior color. This would make it easier to find a car online first. More
