We have purchased a vehicle before from Rusty Wallis Honda and we returned expecting the same level of friendliness, service and personal attention we had received then. If anything the bar was raised even higher this time around. We purchased 2 new Civics for our daughters and the entire process was about as stress free as any new car buying experience can be. We especially appreciated Boris and how he made sure to involve both our girls, as well as our 10 year old son, (16 years old) in the process. They appreciated that as well. He really made sure we took the time we needed to make the right decision and at no point did we ever feel pressure. Even after we took 3 days to weigh our options. At the end of the day, I'd say that Rusty Wallis (and Boris in particular) has made 3 more customers for life! More
Over the past twenty or so years, I have purchased several new Honda’s from the Rusty Wallis dealership. Each time I have purchased the new Honda, I have always taken the time to also look at other m several new Honda’s from the Rusty Wallis dealership. Each time I have purchased the new Honda, I have always taken the time to also look at other makes of cars as well as other Honda dealers. But I have always wound up returning to the Rusty Wallis dealership. To be perfectly honest, the reason is three-fold. First, the low maintenance associated with the Honda cars. Second, there is the service department that provides nothing less than outstanding service and the service department representatives who always appear to go out of their way to provide positive assistance their customers. Third, there has always been a hassle free negotiation for a new car. The most recent experience I had the privilege of dealing with Jason Powell and Elbony Powell. These two sales representatives were very knowledgeable, extremely nice to deal with, and really the bottom line is that they just personified the reason I returned to Rusty Wallis. A big pat on the back for these two individuals who demonstrated such excellent business acumen and a very big personal “thank you” from me and my wife to Jason and Elbony for their valuable assistance and allowing us to make the decision making process so much easier. WOW! I've bought lots of cars, new & used, over the years. This has to be the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. From my first internet inquiry, through several phone calls, to the dealer visit. WOW! years. This has to be the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. From my first internet inquiry, through several phone calls, to the dealer visit. WOW! Straight forward internet price quote. Car prepped and ready for test drive on arrival. No hassle or pressure. Minimal negotiation of trade value. I traded 2 older luxury brand SUV's, and their offer was spot on. A little more negotiating made the deal even better. I showed up yo buy a Crosstour, they showed up to make it easy for me and to be sure I was more than satisfied. Brian, the Sales Manager, called me the night before just to be sure I had no more questions prior to our appointment. No hype, no hassle. Mark greeted us, showed us the exact car we had discussed, and let us take it for a no pressure, no 'follow my directions' test drive and he answered all our questions about the car. Back at the dealership, we agreed on numbers - hint: I GOT A GREAT DEAL - and sent the car to make ready while we went to the business office to settle up. Adam understood exactly what he need to do, just the paperwork. We didn't finance, they knew it up front, and he never pushed it. He answered all my questions about warranties, both factory & extended. We selected a great add-on warranty, at a very fair price and tailored to how I use the car. Plus, no big push to upsell dealer add-ons. Plus a great price on the ones I wanted. And none of the "it's already on there, we can't take it off" bait & switch. Lastly, when the car was done in make ready Mark discovered a minor paint flaw, a bird dropping stain that need to be touched and buffed out. What did he do? He & Brian let us take the car so we could go get lunch, while they pulled another one from stock and got it ready. Later Mark came to the house and switched cars. THEY WEREN'T HAPPY WITH THE FIRST ONE, SO THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ONE! No other dealer had more than one of what I was looking for in stock, some had none. Rusty Wallis had enough inventory to replace a car they weren't satisfied with and didn't want to deliver to a customer. SUMMARY: Rusty Wallis Honda ROCKS! They make a compelling case for dealing with a family owned business and not the corporate owned dealerships. More

As I was in the market for a new vehicle, especially a Honda I took quite a while doing my homewor ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! As I was in the market for a new vehicle, especially a Honda I took quite a while doing my homework and contacting various dealers internet departments to obtain quotes on a Honda Accord. This process can be quite confusing and bait and switch with dealer add on's if your not careful. When I contact Rusty Wallis Honda internet department I had the pleasure of meeting, over the phone, Mark Parker. I explained what I was looking for and within 2 to 3 minutes he gave me a quote. As it was somewhat higher than what I received from other dealers, I ask why? He then explained to me what I mentioned above, the dealer add on's after the sale and advised me to contact the other dealers to verify. Low and behold he was correct. Although the other dealers price was a couple of hundred dollars lower, the add on's were in excess of 3K and you HAD TO BUY the vehicle with them..... Not at Rusty Wallis. Mark explained I could pick and choose as I saw fit, and to be truthful the pricing on their add on's was night and day from other Honda Dealers. All of my dealings were over the phone with Mark....from finding a car, to negotiating price, to ensuring the interest rate would be where I needed it, it was a most pleasurable experience. Showed up to get my car, but I changed my mind on color....NO PROBLEM at all says Mark...pick the color you want and we will get it finalized. Then came financing with Syed......I HATE this part and will never buy warranties. But to my surprise and astonishment, SYED was a pro and got creative with his approach and pricing!!! Needless to say I bought all warranties and feel great about it. This is my second purchase from Rusty Wallis and I must say they are SECOND TO NONE when it comes to Honda Dealers in Dallas. KUDOS to MARK and SYED!!! They are what make Rusty Wallis a great company which customers can feel proud to shop at!! THANKS GUYS you made us very happy and we will be back soon to get the CRV!!! More
