I have purchased two Hondas from another Dallas area Honda dealer and their customer service is nothing compared to yours. Robert was very knowlegable about the Honda product and went out of his way to Honda dealer and their customer service is nothing compared to yours. He even came to my office to pick up my car so he could set up the navigation system and get it washed. I really am impressed with him and Rusty Wallis. My wife is on oxygen and has a hard time getting out to do things. Jim made the experience of buying a car very easy for us. Everyone at the dealership was especially helpful to us. Price was vague due to dealer packaged equipment and the financing was not clearly explained. We are older and and a little slower in processing information being presented. Quality of work: the rear window was cracked and we had to bring the car back for a new window replacement. A more careful inspection would have caught this defect. l miss dealing with Anthony. More

We were looking at several different brands of vehicles, but the Accord we picked, the warranty that was offered on it, our past history of service from this dealership made it an easy decision. Sales Manager Bryan Mullican, the sales manager and Adam Hamghalam, the finance manager were also professional and helpful as we went through the purchase and finance process. In all it was a good experience and we will recommend Rusty Wallis and his staff of employees to others we know. More
