I was in the market for Honda CRV and received an internet quote from Eric Lucy. He gave me the internet price as $21,475. I repeatedly ask him is that price $21,475 included all the fees and extra internet quote from Eric Lucy. He gave me the internet price as $21,475. He confirmed with me that the internet prices include all fees and extra charged that dealer added on. I ask him for the drive out price for the vehicle. He told me to do the calculation myself. All I have to do is $21,475 + TT&L. I asked how much is the TT&L? he said 6.25% + $350. So I ask him again just to clarify that there is no hidden fees and extra charges right? He said Yes. I even did the calculation for the drive out price $21,475 + 6.25% + $350 = $23,167.19 (total drive out price). He said YES. Come on in and see me. Since we both agree on the drive out price. I went to the dealership to purchase the car. GUESS WHAT???? He told me NO that price is not included the destination fee and extra added options. I WAS SO UPSET!!! I even have all the emails that we communicated back and for. I spoke with the manager. I forgot his name. He was rude basically kicked me out. He won’t honor the price Eric quoted me. BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!! I’ll never consider this dealership ever again for anything. Please be careful everyone BUNCH OF LIARS and WASTED MY TIME!!!!!!!!!! More

After spending 3 long hours at another dealer, and dealing with shady math and fuzzy financial portions of the deal, we went to Rusty Wallis Honda after 630PM on a Saturday evening. We were tired and not really looking to buy, just getting ideas. We have purchased from Rusty Wallis and Boris before with great satisfaction. Boris showed us the Honda Odyssey and told us to go test drive it. We drove it for about 25 minutes and came back completely in love with the vehicle. We sat down at about 715pm and started the deal. They did not deal too much on the Odyssey, but they did give quite a bit on our trade in, enough that we were very happy with the deal. They were able to beat out our credit union's financing. They stayed with us an hour after they closed and we never once felt rushed. We left the dealership at 900pm very happy. I highly recommend this dealer. They do not play financial games, like the dealer we had dealt with earlier in the day. Rusty Wallis Honda has earned my trust twice, and in the future I will go back to them when the need arises for another vehicle. More

This was my second Odyssey purchase from Rusty Wallis. I had done my homework so the price negotiation portion of the transaction took less than 20 minutes (not too many dealer games). We looked at a couple of different cars,test drove one and had my trade-in appraised and still managed to leave in under 2 hours with a new car. I traded in my old Odyssey and their trade-in department appraised my vehicle at an identical price to what Carmax had given. Overall great transaction. The sales person was very knowledgeable and made this a very satisfying purchase. Thanks! More
