The dealership was able to accept my trade and keep my payments down to where Iwanted them to. The only thing that I would recommend is to try and get the waiting time down while the paperwork is being p payments down to where Iwanted them to. I first spoke with Chris McIntosh when I called the 800 # for Rusty Wallis. Even though it was late in the day (right before they closed) he was very polite, answered my questions and listened. I called Ch for Rusty Wallis. Even though it was late in the day (right before they closed) he was very polite, answered my questions and listened. I called Chris the next day and he took my application over the phone. I knew I'd have some credit challenges but again, he listened and was very understanding. We had set an appt for that evening for me to come look at cars and he assigned Boris Rekhlis as my sales consultant. Boris is the best! He was very patient, kind and understanding. I test drove both the Accord sedan and the Accord coupe. The next day, I got a call from Felton Jones in the finance dept and he had good news - I had been approved! So I made an appt to come in later that day. Again, Boris was very patient while I looked at the Accord sedans again -- looking at several different cars -- to be sure I would be happy with the car and the color I chose. Felton then made the finance process very easy. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful! From start to finish - this was a great experience. My overall experience was good! Although I had a some problems along the way during my purchase, Jim Beeson did everything possible to make sure I was satisified with the outcome! We have always taken our cars to Rusty Wallace for service. The staff is extremely friendly and they do not try to "get" you with things that don't need to be fixed. I have taken my Pilot and my wife's Odyssey to Rusty Wallace and there have been many times one of the service gentlemen will say, "This needs to be done, but it could wait until you come in for your next visit. It is not an emergency now." This makes me trust them even more when they tell me something needs to be fixed. We will continue to take our cars to Rusty Wallace because of the value, quality, and trust that we have in them. More

We then talked live the next day when he followed up with a phone call and I explained we were looking at several dealerships. I told him I would see him or call back that day. After several calls to other dealers we went in and Doug was there and ready to help and it was just as he had quoted. (No surprises) Then we went to finance and met Felton where he worked the numbers and got us 2 pts less than what we had coming in with our credit union.
