I have purchased many cars my life. To start off with sales people who give the wrong information about the features on a car to the highly stressful financing office drawing stupid pictures wanting us t sales people who give the wrong information about the features on a car to the highly stressful financing office drawing stupid pictures wanting us to buy an extended warranty, this was an extremely bad situation. THEN, to get into the new vehicle that clearly was NOT looked over and "made ready" was highly unsatisfactory. Yes, they are going to correct the problems in the vehicle, BUT now we have to go back to the dealership which is very timely. We should have been told to wait a day or two for the car to be in excellent condition and "made ready" then to drive off and have to come back. One last thing, make sure you know what kind of air is in the tires BEFORE you agree to buy the car. Nitrogen costs more and the ride can be different than with just regualr air. A consumer should be offered a choice NOT told that nitrogen is in the tires. And, what makes it worse that the salesperson that was going over the features with the car never knew there was nitrogen in the tires, another salesperson interrupted to say that there was nitrogen in the tires. Everyone kept saying, "we want you to have a pleasant experience" and it was far from being pleasant. There are always deals to be made, and we should NOT have made this deal, but should have waited. I could keep going on about how bad the experience was, but I won't. They don't disclose ANYTHING important until the deal was done. BUYERS beware!!!! More

Work was under a recall and was promptly fixed. The service center is clean, prompt service and knowledgeable service personnel. They even washed my car after service. After having several bad experiences with salespersons giving me the run-around, I received an internet quote from Rusty Wallis that was very reasonable and within my target price-range. When I arrived at the dealership, the price was as quoted, no changes and the transaction was quick and easy. They even got me a better interest rate! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. In addition to the oil change that I came in for Jeff told me I needed to replace the air filter, have tires rotated and Jeff suggested I replace the battery. He gave me prices for all of these items and after talking about the low mileage on my 2007 CRV he checked to see if battery was under warranty. It was which was a nice surprise. When I arrived I asked Jeff how long he thought it would take to complete the service, he said about an hour. I was in the service department and out in a little more than an hour. I always took my older CRV to a non-dealer repair facility but I will use Rusty Wallis service as long as I have my current CRV. Jeff was very considerant of my needs but at Rusty Wallis everyone puts the customer first. More

It was a very good experince. I have purchased all my previous vehicles from dealerships, and this by far was the most friendly experince ever. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Torberson.
