John worked very hard to get me the price I wanted. He read me correctly and didn't try to pull some of the usual sales tactics. I wanted honesty and no games. Bernard Williams came in on his off day when I picked up my car. If all of your sales people were like Bernard, you would have an empty lot every day. I originally went to John Eagle and the salesman didn't my car. If all of your sales people were like Bernard, you would have an empty lot every day. I know that Chris was only doing his job but he gave me a hard time on the finance rate that I so greatly deserved. :) More

This was my first visit to Rusty Wallis Honda. I was a first-time Honda buyer. Murphy was very friendly and informative. He asked me to tell him what features I wanted and did a great job of identifying first-time Honda buyer. Murphy was very friendly and informative. I really enjoyed working with him. I also met Mike Anderson (Sales Manager) who was very friendly. Both made it very clear that they were there to help me find the right car. Murphy also introdueced me to Julio Reyes in the Service Department. Amir Hamghalan in the Finance Department was also great to work with. He explained the contract and discussed other optional packages. He suggested the ones he thought would be most beneficial to me and answered all of my questions. It was totally great experience, and I'm glad I stopped there first when I started looking for my first Honda! More
