Rusty Wallis' body shop is the best. Every time my car has been involved in an accident I have taken it to Rusty Wallis. If I call to check on my car, he always tells me exactly what its status is. There is never a doubt about the quality because it is always done right the first time. If a problem does arise, they will stand behind their work. I know because I was hit in the rear in 2006 and a lot of damage was done to the rear of my car. When my trunk leaked during really heavy rain, they immediately solved my problem while I waited. They replaced a seal in the back window. I have dealt with Rusty Wallis since 1986 and know their body shop is the best. My only suggestion is that you are now the best kept secret. I knew Rusty Wallis' body shop was moving to the area where your service department was before you moved to the Shiloh location, but people driving on Northwest Highway may not know that. You need to improve your visual appearance to let the world know where you are. I lived in Garland for years before moving, if I had not been there when you planned to make the change, I would have been confused. Let the world know where you are. I went to Rusty Wallis with a broken A/C in my CRV. I was greeted with a smile by Marcus Bond before getting out of my car. He was very friendly during the ride and helped us out of the van when we arrived at our home. Marcus called later on to let me know that the entire A/C unit had to be replaced. He thoroughly explained what had happened and what needed to be done. He went over the price with me and then explained how he'd gotten Honda to help with some of the expense. He arranged for my car to be fixed and let me use a loaner car for the day. When my car was ready, Marcus called. When I returned to the dealership, he walked me through the check out process, warranty and asked if I had any questions. He was friendly and smiled the entire time. He helped me not feel bad about what could've been a very stressful situation! My car was returned and everything worked perfectly. They even washed my car for me! I will definitely return to Rusty Wallis for further service! More

Was promised verbally many things upon purchase of the vehicle. Went through extreme difficulty to get any of it done. They agreed to do touchups and had the car a full day. When I picked up the vehicle, the painted areas were very rough, a new nick on the top of the car, also one on the front hood just above the emblem. There is a part they touched up by the emblem which wasnt there before with a MUCH darker paint. On the front passenger side there is also a nice dent where the paint appears crumpled which was NOT there when I bought the car or when I took on on April 30. There were no dents on this car at all! They've destroyed the joy I felt having a nice Honda Accord. I feel taken advantage of and I even communicated with the general manager. He obviously didnt oversee any of it. I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. They let me have a loaner that was in better shape than mine was. You trust a dealership to value your business whether its for new or used. They certainly don't put much effort, if any, in the quality of their work. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Perhaps their ranking as a North Texas Honda dealership should be changed to reflect a more honest number! I assume you consider it acceptable to have damage done to my car while it was there to be properly detailed and proper touch up done. More
My 2006 Honda Ridgeline had just reached 106,000 miles and needed the timing belt replaced. Steve Hartwig went into great detail using a cutaway picture that explained all the work that was to be perform and needed the timing belt replaced. In past experiences I have literally walked out of dealerships due to excessive pressure from the "finance" guy to buy additional services. My wife actually had a chance to play bad cop since I'd already tipped my hand. She was pretty impressive. On review we did so-so price-wise on the CR-V. We took a beating on the trade-in value on my PT Cruiser. I can hardly fault the dealership on those points though. I should have done a bit more homework. I absolutely love the fully loaded CR-V. I love the high tech Honda navi system, the audio system is awesome and the car is a pure pleasure to drive. More
