All goes back to GM ONDRE CALVERT I THINK IS HIS NAME who doesn't give a crap or follow up on anything. There are two helpful women there who actually try to do right by customers. Unfortunately there is a huge disconnect somewhere and the wok is sub par with no follow through from Under. Take your business elsewhere, especially women. You will be treated disrespectfully by about half the men who work here. You will wait there hours for an oil change even when no there cars in "express" service bay. They'll try to charge you for things covered by warranty.They are great at mansplaining though. More
