I waited for over 5 minutes to be greeted even though I was the only one waiting. It wouldn't have been a big deal, except the 1st thing that was said to me when they came out, was "You'll be getting a sur was the only one waiting. I informed them I had a coupon before service was started and when they gave me the invoice, no coupon was applied. When I pointed this out, he didn't apologize or anything. He just reprinted the invoice with a coupon applied and handed it to me while talking to another service advisor. The amount was still wrong, but I was over it at this point and just paid and left. The service advisor seemed to be alone so I understand the time it took him to approach me. He didn't try to upsell me which is awesome. I give him a 5 star. Now to the reason for the 3 star. I know it sounds petty, however my vehicle doesn't have seat memory and is very hard to put back where I had it. Moving it on me infuriates me to no end. The car wash left water spots allover the car. I didn't mention I would like them to not wash the car, so unfortunately I have to eat that one. Still mad though. The service time and price was reasonable. So far all seems well. More

Brian Stevens professionally communicated with me and was prompt and easy to work with. The receptionist (sorry her name slipped my mind) made sure I was picked up. I left some keys in the restroom and they prompt and easy to work with. The receptionist (sorry her name slipped my mind) made sure I was picked up. I left some keys in the restroom and they were nice enough to sit them aside to be claimed. They rinsed my car off as well. I couldn't have gotten better treatment. The whole staff stepped up and that's greatly appreciated. Thank you. More
