NO Communication! Dropped it off at 9am for a new tire. The guy that took my keys said probably 45 minutes and they’ll call me soon to confirm and give and update. So, I went to run an errand with a family The guy that took my keys said probably 45 minutes and they’ll call me soon to confirm and give and update. So, I went to run an errand with a family member. 2 hours later I called because I hadn’t heard from them. They took my name & number and said they’d have someone call right me back. 2 more hours passed with no phone call, so I went back to the express service center and they said they were about to call me, but still trying to work out warranty. They said to give them 30 minutes and they’ll let me know. Another hour passed and I went back to the service center. I said,” I don’t care if the warranty will cover it or I have to pay outright, just get a tire on the car!” Over 5 hours total and I’m still here. Every time I have walked in, I had to seek assistance. The lady at the front desk was playing on her phone and didn’t even look up. I am BEYOND upset. I understand hiccups arise, but just be upfront and COMMUNICATE so I can plan the day accordingly. A mom with 3 kids, typical Honda driver, doesn’t have time to track you down and waste a day when she was told 45 minutes! More
