Customer service rep I worked with quickly returned with answers to my detailed questions. Front staff was friendly. Repairs were quickly completed, car was washed, running and waiting for me. As a side note there was cold water, and specialty coffee for customers that were waiting. Waiting area was clean ,spacious with large TV for all to view. Also outside seating. I like Rusty Wallis Honda, I used to work for them. I love honda cars. But today when I took my car in for service, I was very upset that on May the 10th, I bought a key for 207.00 dollars and it fell ap love honda cars. They would not make it good and that is very disappointing. When you pay that much for something it should last more than 5 months More
