Greg was our service advisor this time and he is absolutely golden. Our '14 Odyssey had a very expensive engine problem - same as what Honda had extended warranties for on earlier models (but not ou absolutely golden. On our behalf he pursued warranty coverage for us from the regional Honda rep and succeeded. Reduced a totally unexpected $3800 repair down to $1.
