Thorough This was my first time at this dealership to have service done on a vehicle that I already owed. Throughout the service, they kept in touch with me. This was my first time at this dealership to have service done on a vehicle that I already owed. Throughout the service, they kept in touch with me. There were a couple of problems discovered that needed immediate attention. I did not know about the problems before going in for service. Since we are about to go on a couple of trips, it was critical that these problems be discovered and repaired. They did that for me. Now, my Accord needs service. The “wrench” just came up on my information area. So, I will be back soon. More

Our first service experience There were some complications when we were dealing with the used sales department over the purchase of our vehicle, so we were hesitant to bring it ba There were some complications when we were dealing with the used sales department over the purchase of our vehicle, so we were hesitant to bring it back to this dealership for service, but it actually turned out well. We had hesitantly purchased the Honda extended vehicle warranty knowing that it might not cover everything, but in this case it came through and all we had to pay was our deductible. The person I spoke with over the phone was very nice and reassured me that although many of the extended warranty programs are hard to deal with, the one we purchased through Honda is one of the better ones. We will be back for further service. More
