Awesome Service 5 Star overall rating from the service advisors to the check out! Although I only needed windshield wiper inserts installed, my service advisor went t 5 Star overall rating from the service advisors to the check out! Although I only needed windshield wiper inserts installed, my service advisor went that extra mile and personally installed the wiper inserts so I wouldn’t have to wait AND he had my “pollen-covered” car washed. I could tell he really liked his job and had respect for the dealership. Thank you, Dylan Shaw and the others that helped me. I bought my car at another dealership but I will be having it serviced at Rusty Wallis!! More

Maintenance and oil change tire rotation Love the new remodel of service center and quick drive up. A worker frequently passed by with a broom to make sure there was no trash on the floor. The built in bar desk along the window is perfect for doing computer work while you wait. My main issue was my tire pressure message would not go off even though I had put air in the tires. I did not know you needed to calibrate them after putting in air. Mr. Durham showed me how. I am sold on Wallis Honda because of their friendliness, knowledge, helpfulness, comfortable facilities, and cleanliness. Overall customer service is outstanding. More

Oil Change A full house when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. But, we were quickly identified as needing service. Service area was extremely clean....and efficient. Just over an hour later we were on the road....in a freshly washed vehicle!! More

Excellent Service Advisor and Service I was first impressed that when you drive into the new service area, the tires are automatically checked for wear, rotation. Jeff Peterson is norma I was first impressed that when you drive into the new service area, the tires are automatically checked for wear, rotation. Jeff Peterson is normally my 'go-to' service advisor; however, in his absence Dillon Rose assisted me with my service. As always, my service was completed quickly, done well, and I was informed with updates and additional concerns by Dillon during the process.. Dillon also helped keep my costs to as minimal as possible. A bonus was my car was delivered directly after being washed! Nice! Thank you! More
