Jeff and Jake are the best! We started bringing the civic there when Joe was there because of tires. Jeff took over with us when Joe left and has never led us astray. Both are straight shooters. Jeff explains everything so we understand what needs to be done. He doesn't try to make up things to make a buck like so many do. I have always had a great experience every time we need something done on the civic. He gets us in and out in the time he says it will take unless he finds something that needs to be done, then will call and talk about it and give a price so we are not shocked at the outcome. I CAN ALWAYS DEPEND ON JEFF FOR ANY OF MY CONCERNS AND I GIVE HIM A GOLD STAR AND JAKE ALSO. More

We drive across town to go to Rusty Wallis! We purchased our Honda from Rusty Wallis Honda and really thought we'd go to another dealership for service since it's right around the corner. The staff at Rusty Wallis is always friendly and takes care of our car. The waiting room is comfortable. We were just there on Feb. 14 and Travis Porter was our service adviser. Travis was very personal and friendly. He took his time to explain everything that was done to our vehicle. We also love the free car wash! Would highly recommend this dealership! More
