Bad service I was not happy with my recent visit to Rusty Wallis Honda service department on January 29, 2019. I was told by a service advisor to replace the batt I was not happy with my recent visit to Rusty Wallis Honda service department on January 29, 2019. I was told by a service advisor to replace the battery because it was bad. How can it be bad when the battery was replaced at Rusty Wallis Honda on June 05, 2018? Did the service department put in a used battery instead of a new one last year? A new battery should not be bad after eight months! Nobody at the dealership would respond to my complaint even though I have been a loyal customer since 2010. More

Isaac Alquicira explained everything to me, and I told him to go ahead with the work. Shortly after that, I received an email with a video made by the mechanic that showed me what he had inspected and why the additional work needed to be done. The video was very helpful, and I was able to email it to my husband for his information. Isaac told me that my favorite service advisor, Jeff Peterson, has been promoted to Service Manager. While I am happy for Jeff and think he's the perfect person for the job, I will miss him, but I liked Isaac and will ask for him in the future. The remodeling work at the dealership is great, and the new waiting area is much more comfortable than the old one. More
