But my last experience was awful. They would not match a competitors offer. I did all the leg work to find the best deal but to no avail. Experience at Rusty Wallis - Phenominal. My car needed service and with in 5 minutes I was met with service professionals (Mr. Webb and Mr. Peterson). The quality of care and professionalism by the underwriters in service at Rusty Wallis is a FIVE STAR performance. I left the Service Center knowing what was needed and when to expect the work to be completed. Additionally, with in the hour I was called and told that an optional need could also be performed (oil change) and of course I wanted that done as well. That way I didn't have to come back in a week or two. This is service at it's best. Ronnie Robertson (General Manager} contacted me and asked me about the quality of the service. All of this is accomplished under his leadership and that of Mr. Rich Star (Service Director).
