"Service by Jeff" I recently brought my 2012 CRV to Rusty Wallis for a Full Detail before the Holidays. I knew that my long time Service Rep Steve Hartwig had recently I recently brought my 2012 CRV to Rusty Wallis for a Full Detail before the Holidays. I knew that my long time Service Rep Steve Hartwig had recently Passed Away and was somewhat anxious about dealing with someone new. After meeting Jeff Peterson and both of us sharing some personal Steve stories he put me at ease that my future Service needs would be taken care of just as in the past.
