Superior Service I called Greg Fine a couple of days ago to schedule an appointment to get my car checked out because I'm leaving on a trip to Ohio next week. Greg se I called Greg Fine a couple of days ago to schedule an appointment to get my car checked out because I'm leaving on a trip to Ohio next week. Greg set me up for 7:30 but arrived early -at 7:00 and he still got me in right away. When my car was ready he went over all the items that were reviewed and all the items fixed and what needed to be fixed on my next trip into the service center even giving me an estimated cost for the future work. This is the second time Greg has assisted me. He's the ultimate professional. He patiently explains what I need to know about my car. I even keep his business card in my car just in case I have questions. I trust Greg and feel that he would never take advantage of this 67 year old woman and that means a lot to me. I live in Arlington and there are dealerships much closer than Rusty Wallis but because of Greg and other employees I'd rather drive to Garland for my service needs. I almost forgot, as I was leaving Greg came up to make sure my windows were cleaned to ensure I have a safe ride back to Arlington. I just love this attention to detail. More

He informed me that due to upgrades to the facility I wouldn' I went to this dealership to receive a routine oil change and Jeff Peterson welcomed me. He informed me that due to upgrades to the facility I wouldn't get my car washed. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable. I even asked him a question about the interior of my vehicle (the roof is falling down unfortunately). He informed me the same thing is happening to his vehicle and while he hasn't found a solution, he's currently researching. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs any type of service done to their vehicle. More

Easy In and Out Dropped off the Pilot for maintenance. The check in was so easy; everything about my car was accessed on a smart pad.
