Travis Porter Advisor Extrodinaire My car was in your shop twice last week for different services. The first experience was not so wonderful because the advisor (Richard) was new and h My car was in your shop twice last week for different services. The first experience was not so wonderful because the advisor (Richard) was new and had to ask other people for answers to questions I had. He advised I needed rack and pinion replaced but when I paid that was not listed as being replaced. He advised me incorrectly about pricing which was adjusted by Jeff Peterson. The second trip I made was for shocks/struts replacement and I asked for someone, anyone, except Richard and because Jeff had left for the day I was taken to Travis Porter. The BEST experience I have ever had at Rusty Wallis (and I've had some good ones). He was knowledgeable and friendly and very accurately advised about pricing. He went over everything in detail regarding the work to be done. I felt very confident that his advice was accurate. He is top notch!! More
